We are SO EXCITED to kick off our fifth season of the BTC FORCE Team at BTC Athletics & Dance — and this year is shaping up to be our best yet! Whether your dancer is just starting their journey or ready to take things to the next level, we've built a program that welcomes all levels of commitment while encouraging personal growth, confidence, and of course… tons of fun!

Last year, we had our very first BTC Sparks Team, designed especially for our youngest dancers ages 4–6! All year, these tiny but mighty dancers learned about dance, performing, and teamwork as they traveled to two different competitions and thrived! As part of our FORCE team, our Sparks train, perform, and sparkle alongside our larger FORCE family. It's the perfect introduction to team dance — full of movement, magic, and memory-making moments that we can't wait to have again this year!

FORCE dancers are challenged to grow as both performers and people. Through competitions, performances, goal setting, and team experiences, our dancers build confidence, resilience, leadership skills, and lifelong friendships. Along the way, they've earned numerous overall awards, special judges' awards, regional championships, and national recognition—but the growth they experience together is what matters most.

Our program isn’t just about trophies and titles (though we love those too!) — it’s about helping each dancer grow into the most confident, resilient, and focused version of themselves. Our name says it all:

These values are the heartbeat of our team culture. Each week, dancers are guided to set goals, embrace challenges, and support one another like family. From bonding events and mindset coaching to mastering stage presence and learning how to take feedback like a pro, the FORCE experience is about more than dance — it’s about becoming your best self.
