Celebrate Your Birthday with BTC Athletics & Dance!
A BTC Birthday Party will be one to remember for years to come! We are happy to accomodate to any theme with special music and games.
Parties are avalibale to book on Saturdays 10:00-11:30 am and 1:00-2:30 pm
Parties Include:
> Qualified Instructor/Party Host
> Dance Class
> Games
> Designated room for cake & presents
> A routine to learn & perform
> A $10 gift card to Releve Dance Shop
Conditions:
> Parties will take place at BTC Athletics & Dance at 112 E. Rose, Suite B, Pittsburg, KS on Saturdays
> The cost is $250 for a maximum of 20 children that must be paid when making the reservation. All reservations are final. Parties may be rescheduled if ample time is given and it is approved by ownership.
> Currently enrolled BTC Students with an account in good standing receive a $50 discount.
> Reservations will be made on a first-come-first-serve basis. Filling out this form does not guarantee availability for your time and date.
> A teacher request may be made, but is not guaranteed.
> Any damage to the facility will be handled promptly.
> BTC Athletics does not have a kitchen and can not reheat or cool food or drinks. You are welcome to supply your own catering and accessories including table cloths, plates, cups, servers, and cutlery.
> BYO birthday cake, candles, lighter, knife, server and plates.
> Alcohol is not permitted on BTC property.
> Two tables and chairs will be provided.
